Mubasher: Mushrif Trading and Contracting announced that the income statements are currently being audited and will be disclosed once complete.

The Kuwait-based firm expected to disclose its financial statements for the 2017 fiscal year by 1 April 2018, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

The delay in announcing FY17 financial statements is due to exceptional conditions that led to recently dismissing the auditors and appointing new ones to disclose the results as soon as possible in a perfect way.

The construction and infrastructure contractor will continue to notify the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and Boursa Kuwait with the latest developments in this regard, the statement added.
